Application Requirements
    
        Please review the following qualifying standards and if you feel you meet the 
    criteria please complete the attached application. 
    
    
        - A completed application for all applicants that are 18 years or older.  
      Applications that do not have all areas completed or contain an explanation for 
      omissions may be returned to the applicant. 
 
- One year of verifiable rental history from an unbiased source. 
      It is your responsibility to provide us with the name, dates and contact number 
      of previous owners/managers. Applicants who are related by blood or marriage to 
      previous landlords or do not have one year of verifiable rental history might be 
      required to have a qualified cosigner.  
 
- A combined gross income of all applicants of at least three (3) times 
      the rent. Please provide proof of ability to pay rent through sources 
      such as an employer contact, pay stubs, tax records, government assistance, or 
      retirement/security statements and last 3 month bank statements. For those who are self employed, tax records, 
      and/or bank statements can provide proof of income. If the income cannot be 
      verified, the applicant must show bank statement with at least the equivalent of 
      a 2 year’s rent. 
 
- 
            For income restricted units, we need tax returns, W2’s, and the most recent 3 Pay stubs and last 3 months bank statements for all applicants.
        
- Co-Signers: We only take cosigners for lack of credit, 
      insufficient income and/or rental history. We do not accept cosigners 
      for applicant(s) with derogatory credit. All cosigners must complete an 
      application and must meet qualifying standards.  
 
- A satisfactory credit report. All applicants upon signing the 
      application will be authorizing management to run a credit report. 
- Applications with unlawful detainer, and/or court filing for evictions 
      of monetary or non-monetary will be automatically denied. 
 
        An application may also be denied for any of the following reasons: 
    
    
        - Incomplete or false information.
- Inability to verify rental history or poor references from previous landlords.
- Inadequate verifiable income to meet rental criteria.

    Submit a $25.00, non-refundable application fee
    Payment must be made with credit card
    
        Copy of valid photo I.D. (driver’s license, passport, social security card, 
    permanent alien registration card) will be asked before lease the property.
    
    Copy of latest paycheck stub
    Move in date requested is subject to Century West’s approval.
    
        Tenants understand that they must carry their own insurance policy for their 
    personal property and any liquid filled furniture.
    
    Pets are not accepted in any unit unless stated in the unit details.
    
        It is mutually agreed that the applicant shall have no right to occupy the above 
    describe premises until his/her application has been approved and a lease of 
    rental agreement is signed by the Tenant and Landlord.
    
    
        Applicant represents that statements made above are true and correct and hereby 
    authorizes verification of references to include, but are not limited to credit 
    checks, unlawful detainer checks or telecredit checks and agrees to furnish 
    additional credit references on request, and waives any claim against any 
    person(s) providing such verification.

        If I am accepted, I understand that all move-in costs are to be paid by cashier's 
    check or money order only... no personal checks.
    
    
        The value of rent and security deposit is subject to change depending on the 
    content of the application and the outcome of the application review
    
    
        This fee does not guarantee that your application will be accepted or 
    that we will rent to you. It is used to process your entire application.

    certain circumstances. The online application, repair request and contact us 
    form require users to provide us personal information that may be used to run a 
    credit report, send information about our company, as well as to contact the

    problems with our main computers, for system administration and to audit the use
